Application:

Features:
1. The flocs are formed quickly, with good activity and good filterability.
2. The alkalinity of the consumed water is lower than that of various inorganic flocculants, so there is no need to add alkaline additives. In case of deliquescence, the effect will remain unchanged.
3. Wide adaptability to PH value, strong adaptability and wide range of uses.
4. The treated water has less salt, which is beneficial to ion exchange treatment and high-purity water production.
5. It has a significant effect on removing COD.

Precautions for use:
1. When using, a small test should be carried out according to the water quality, and the best point with good water purification effect and small dosage should be selected. The solution should be used with the preparation, and the dosage should be selected according to the actual situation.
2. When using solid, first add water to dissolve it to make a solution of about 5%, and then dilute it with water to the required concentration. When dissolving, add water first and slowly feed the material, and keep stirring.
3. It shall not be mixed with water treatment chemicals of other factories, and shall not be mixed with other chemicals.
4.The stock solution and diluent are slightly corrosive, but lower than various other inorganic flocculants
5.Effective storage period of the product: liquid for half a year, solid for two years. The solid product can still be used after it has been wet.
6. After reasonable addition of this product, the purified water quality meets the sanitary standards of drinking water.
Instructions:
1. According to the different conditions of the raw water, a small test can be done to obtain the best dosage before use. For the convenience of calculation, the proportion of small test solution is generally 2-5% by weight. For example, 3% solution: after weighing 3g of PAC solid, put it into a washed 200ml measuring cylinder, add about 50ml of water, and then dissolve it. Add water to dilute to 100ml mark and shake well.
2. For production, use solid polyaluminum chloride: water = 1: 9 to 1: 15 by weight (1: 2 to 1: 5 for liquid products) and mix and dissolve. The solution with alumina content less than 1% is easy to be hydrolyzed, which will reduce the use effect, and it is difficult to add evenly if the concentration is too high.
3. Dosing according to the best dosage obtained in the small test, and pay attention to observation and adjustment during operation. If the alum in the sedimentation tank is small and the residual turbidity is large, the dosage is too small; if the alum in the sedimentation tank is large and turned up and the residual turbidity is high, the dosage is too large and should be adjusted appropriately.
