Yesterday, the reporter learned from Songjiang District politics and law comprehensive management network that the third factory of ritten computer accessories (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., a supplier of Apple parts in Shengang Road, Chedun Town, recently discharged waste cutting fluid and oily waste liquid directly into the municipal rainwater pipe network and then flowed into the railway River, causing a large area of river pollution. According to the investigation, 61 people were injured in the explosion in December 2011. In October 2012, the company was accused of abusing labor.

A few days ago, the Songjiang Environmental Protection Bureau received continuous reports from the public, reflecting that the railway river near the intersection of Songmin road and Xinfei road in the eastern industrial zone did not know when to dye gray. This is the second Songjiang River known by reporters this year to become the "milk River". The law enforcement officers searched several kilometers of rainwater inspection wells and finally identified the pollution source as the third factory of ritten company. Songjiang Environmental Protection Bureau, together with Songjiang Industrial Zone Management Committee and Songdong sewage treatment plant, immediately conducted a comprehensive inspection of the plant. Through investigation and evidence collection, it is preliminarily found out that the waste cutting fluid and oily waste liquid are directly discharged into the municipal rainwater pipe network and then into the railway river through the rainwater pipeline, causing a large area of river pollution. At the same time, it was found that the noise exceeded the standard seriously, the hazardous waste disposal was improper, and the environmental protection procedures were incomplete. According to the environmental protection laws and regulations, the Environmental Protection Bureau has put on file the punishment for its illegal behavior, ordered to immediately block the main rainwater discharge outlet of the plant leading to the municipal rainwater pipe network, standardized the treatment of the residual cutting fluid and oily waste liquid in the rainwater pipe network of the plant, and required to stop the business activities before the complete rectification.

At 14 o'clock yesterday, the reporter arrived at the scene of the polluted river. The river was clean. Only at the corner of the river and the nearby sluice gate, there was a lot of black garbage, and there was a layer of oil on the river. From a distance, the railway runs to the north of Henan Province. On the west side of the river is Jinshan railway, and on the east side are some industrial enterprises. According to people familiar with the matter, two years ago, the railway river was very clear and fish and shrimp were common. But in the past two years, the river has turned grey, with a large number of dead fish floating. In case of hot weather, the whole river stinks. The reporter noted that the railway river is relatively remote, and there are vegetable fields planted along the river. At this time, there are vegetable households working by the river. The reporter asked how to water them. They pointed to the river. The reporter also interviewed migrant workers who rented nearby. According to them, the river was gray for a long time. "It's like lime dust. When the wind blows, it stinks."

The reporter called ritang company to know the pollution control situation. The front desk staff who answered the phone said that they didn't know the specific situation of the third factory and the industrial wastewater discharge process of the company. When the reporter further asked to contact the supervisor, the front desk staff replied that there was no relevant contact information on the computer at hand.

It is understood that niteng mainly produces 3C industry appearance parts such as hardware parts of computer terminals and computer appearance parts, including Apple iPad backplane and other parts, and its partners include HP, Dell, ASUS and other brands. There are three factories in Songjiang, two on Longhua Road and one on Shengang Road, which is exactly the place involved. Coincidentally, in December 2011, 61 people were injured in an explosion at the factory. As for the cause of the accident, it is said that a large amount of aluminum dust from the grinding operation accumulated in the equipment and exploded after being heated.
